Since 1975, the Moss-Bradley Revolving Fund has been a cornerstone of our neighborhood’s revitalization efforts. What began as a visionary idea supported by eighteen dedicated families has grown into a powerful community-driven initiative. The Moss-Bradley Revolving Fund is currently offering a home for sale in the historic Cottage District. This property is available to individuals committed to its renovation and restoration. The home will be sold with a warranty deed (contract for deed), ensuring essential renovations are completed as part of the sale agreement. Once the required improvements are made—often accompanied by additional enhancements from the homeowner—the property can transition to a conventional mortgage, with its increased appraisal reducing or eliminating the cash down payment.
