It’s where
History &
Community thrives!

Moss-Bradley Residential Association is a non-profit organization chartered in 1973 whose purpose is to maintain a desirable residential district for the mutual benefit of residents and to preserve the architectural and historical heritage of the area.

Our membership is composed of homeowners, renters, landlords and businesses.

Annual dues are $25.00 and are due on May 1st of each year. Our members meet September through May to build community, engagement, and celebrate the success of our association and ongoing events.

Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month beginning with a half hour social from 6:30P to 7:00P, and the official meeting commencing from 7:00P to 8:00P. Any and all guests are welcome.

Throughout the year special activities provide our members and residents with a social atmosphere meant to help them get better acquainted with each other and to provide the opportunity to participate in good, wholesome fun.

Our lively Christmas party, Annual Meeting & Potluck Dinner, Fourth of July activities, and the Moss Avenue Sale have provided a great opportunity to socialize and get to know your neighbors.

We are particularly fortunate to have in our midst many energetic, results-oriented people -
many of whom have been members since our beginnings in 1973.
